Tuesday, September 4th was the inaugural opening of Northridge Preschool! It was a beautiful day, blessed by God himself, and just the kind of morning you would (if you could) order for the opening of any business - especially one with children. The children came in with angelic smiles, bursting with energy and ready to go, offering anyone who would listen a complete and detailed description of their new lunch box and/or backpack. Parents, though excited for their child, looked a bit nervous and unsure. By the end of the day, the children were laughing, and now exploding with complete and detailed descriptions of their favorite activity of the day to their parents. Wednesday, September 5th, proved to be only a little different, in that the children who had come on Tuesday, were “pros” and came in with quite a confidence, but still the same sweet smile! Please spread the word to everyone you know that we still have a few spots available. Our wish is to be at this year’s capacity of 80 children!
